This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and create new business opportunities (primarily outbound).
• Reach out to leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls).
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Manage and keep the CRM updated.
• Research the market, target companies, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance acquisition strategies.
• Achieve targets for meeting generation and pipeline development.
• Previous experience in commercial roles, sales, or lead generation (BDR/SDR).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile.
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn and CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to work towards objectives and metrics.
• Experience in recruiting, technology, or B2B services is valued.
• Work modality: 100% Remote.
