This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with program offices of the United States Coast Guard, end users, and acquisition stakeholders within the Aviation Logistics Center program office.
• Interact with customers to comprehend mission requirements, capability deficiencies, and forthcoming needs.
• Advocate for NOBLE’s products, services, and solutions to both existing and potential clients.
• Organize customer meetings, briefings, and capability demonstrations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Formulate and implement business development strategies to meet revenue objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers at program offices.
• Recognize and pursue new business prospects while remaining informed about industry trends, customer demands, and NOBLE’s competitive standing.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports to customers and senior management.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate both short-term and long-term sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Shape opportunities in their early stages by aligning customer needs with NOBLE's capabilities.
• Support long-term pursuits by maintaining customer engagement prior to formal acquisition activities or cycles.
• Transition qualified opportunities to capture and proposal teams when suitable.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to guide sales strategies.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the United States Coast Guard program office budgets, funding profiles, and acquisition timelines.
• Monitor industry trends and customer priorities within the United States Coast Guard aviation sector.
• Maintain a general understanding of the budgeting and acquisition landscape of the United States Coast Guard.
• Develop familiarity with the requirements generation processes of the United States Coast Guard and Aviation Logistics Center.
• Represent NOBLE professionally at trade shows, industry events, and customer gatherings.
• Deliver presentations showcasing NOBLE's portfolio and capabilities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the United States Coast Guard markets.
• Experience in supporting long-term government pursuits and fostering customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior military service is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with United States Coast Guard program offices or acquisition organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with United States Coast Guard mission areas, systems, or operational contexts.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
