This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a pivotal contributor to pipeline expansion through strategic outreach to healthcare decision-makers.
β’ Proactively design and implement multichannel engagement strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone) to cultivate and manage leads.
β’ Handle incoming leads by educating and qualifying prospects for product demonstrations.
β’ Engage in consultative sales conversations to evaluate compatibility, timing, and decision-making processes.
β’ Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Strategic Account Directors to enhance pipeline growth.
β’ Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Customer Success, to refine outreach tactics.
β’ Employ CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., SFDC, Gong, ZoomInfo) to boost efficiency and insights.
β’ Utilize data and sales intelligence platforms to enhance conversion rates and opportunity development.
β’ A minimum of 2β4 years of experience in a quota-bearing sales, SDR, or business development position, ideally within healthcare or SaaS.
β’ Strong abilities in research, outreach, and crafting customized messaging.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and associated Gen AI sales tools.
β’ Confidence in conducting consultative discussions with senior stakeholders.
β’ Capacity to navigate intricate sales cycles with a strategic and methodical mindset.
β’ A data-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
