This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identifying relevant organizations and contacts for engagement, utilizing intent tools, sales engagement platforms, and more.
• Recognizing and qualifying potential clients across various channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn, with the help of sales engagement tools like Outreach.
• Assessing the quality and alignment of prospect organizations based on Verifiable’s ideal customer profile. Evaluating a prospect's needs, objectives, challenges, and budget to determine if they are a suitable match for the company’s product or service.
• Assisting in the creation of targeted sequences and strategies that effectively educate and guide prospect organizations toward conversion.
• Collaborating closely with Demand Generation and Partnerships to craft targeted campaigns aimed at high-intent leads originating from demand generation initiatives.
• Arranging initial sales meetings with prospects for Account Executives, ensuring that the prospects attend the meeting and are adequately prepared.
• Keeping a database of prospect accounts, contacts, leads, and more up to date using Verifiable’s Salesforce instance. Documenting and reporting on essential metrics such as daily activities, meetings, and conversion rates.
• Partnering with other BDRs, leadership, and sales team members to develop Verifiable’s outbound playbook, encompassing sequences and frameworks for cold calling, social selling, multi-threading, and more.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, preferably with outbound focus, utilizing phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to prospect and qualify leads, set appointments for Account Executives, and effectively communicate Verifiable’s value proposition to potential clients.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication. Capable of building rapport with potential clients, asking questions to uncover their needs, and articulating how Verifiable can assist them.
• BDRs should be adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work independently and take the initiative to generate leads and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection are essential. Able to handle objections and continuously strive to meet daily and monthly goals.
• BDRs must work collaboratively with peers, sales, and other departments within the company to achieve shared objectives.
• Proficiency as an end-user with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn, intent tools, parallel dialers, and more.
