This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively research, identify, and engage target accounts and senior technology stakeholders via outbound channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partners by quickly evaluating their fit, urgency, and purchasing potential.
• Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Directors by uncovering customer pain points, objectives, and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through consistent and disciplined prospecting efforts.
• Personalize outreach efforts by utilizing account research, industry trends, and Testlio use cases to foster relevant discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Account Directors to ensure alignment on account strategies, messaging, and handoff expectations.
• Keep accurate records of activities, notes, and pipeline data in CRM tools to assist in forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Continuously test, refine, and enhance outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership on campaigns, target account lists, and strategic initiatives.
• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or comparable pipeline-generation role within the SaaS, technology services, or consulting sectors.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing activity, meeting, and pipeline objectives.
• Strong outbound prospecting abilities, including cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling techniques.
• Experience in engaging with mid-level to senior leaders (Director, VP) in technical or product-oriented organizations.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and track performance.
