This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Perform company research aligned with SplitMetrics' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and carry out targeted, data-driven outreach to Enterprise and C-level executives.
• Assess and follow up on inbound leads, efficiently determining suitability and directing promising opportunities into the sales pipeline.
• Leverage automation tools, cold calling, and personalized emails to expand and enhance the sales pipeline with fresh opportunities.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls with Enterprise organizations and C-level individuals to identify needs and pass qualified leads to the Sales Team.
• Take ownership of pipeline and demo-booking targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, emphasizing quality over quantity and contributing to team-wide KPIs.
• Ensure accurate and current prospect and company records in HubSpot to monitor sales metrics and progress.
• Work closely with the Sales Team on outreach strategies, providing feedback and refining messaging based on successful conversions.
• Engage actively in educational sessions and training, offering expertise and best practices back to the Sales department.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a BDR or quota-carrying sales position, preferably involving Enterprise or C-level outreach.
• Demonstrated success in both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling, personalized LinkedIn/email communication, and discovery calls.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools and a CRM, with HubSpot being a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong time management abilities and capability to work independently or under guidance.
