This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct extensive outbound prospecting using ZoomInfo Co-Pilot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various AI-driven platforms to identify and engage with high-potential prospects.
• Independently generate an annual pipeline exceeding $3MM by securing multiple new qualified opportunities each month.
• Develop tailored, multi-channel outreach sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) that address each prospect’s challenges and business objectives.
• Keep precise records of all outreach efforts, prospect information, and pipeline stages within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities and alignment on target accounts.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to continuously refine prospecting workflows, messaging, and conversion rates.
• Stay well-informed about Snappy’s value proposition, market trends, and the competitive landscape in gifting and employee engagement.
• Contribute to the development of team best practices and process enhancements as Snappy’s sales strategy evolves and expands.
• Actively seek partnerships with AI agents to broaden capabilities, enhance velocity, and achieve higher-quality outcomes at scale.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing position; outbound sales experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing pipeline generation or quota goals.
• Practical experience (or a strong desire to learn) with AI prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo Co-Pilot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the capability to create compelling, personalized outreach at scale.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the discipline to consistently execute high-volume outbound activities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.
• Highly coachable, inquisitive, and driven by a desire for continuous improvement, eager to learn new tools and enhance work efficiency.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory; we prioritize results and drive above all else.
