This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• In the role of a BDR, you will be instrumental in generating a qualified pipeline through strategic, account-based outreach.
• You will collaborate closely with our Regional Sales Directors and Marketing teams to create personalized engagement strategies that appeal to decision-makers within the multifamily sector.
• Implement account-based outbound campaigns targeting our enterprise segment.
• Conduct research and identify key buyers within fee management companies (Asset Managers, VPs/Directors of Operations, Regional Managers, Property Managers).
• Leverage industry insights, regional fraud data, and ROI narratives to tailor your outreach.
• Oversee your portfolio of accounts using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Qualify opportunities through insightful discovery conversations utilizing Snappt’s SPICED methodology.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to refine campaign messaging and targeting.
• Represent Snappt as a trusted resource and thought leader in applicant trust and risk management.
• Prior experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or account-based marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or PropTech is preferred.
• Familiarity with the multifamily housing industry is an advantage.
• Strong research skills and account mapping capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with a growth-oriented approach.
