This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting efforts through phone, email, SMS, and various other communication channels.

• Make approximately 100+ calls daily (we will supply your leads and the necessary tools to achieve this level of activity with relative ease).

• Generate a specific number of qualified prospects who schedule and attend discovery/demo meetings with an Account Executive (AE).

• Utilize sales tools such as our CRM, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases.

• Collaborate closely with the AEs to determine the best ways to support them and gain insights for advancing your sales career.


⛳️ Requirements

• Some prior experience in sales, business development, or roles involving customer interaction.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with a professional phone presence and proven listening skills.

• Comfort in handling high-volume cold calls and email outreach (100+ calls daily).

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, with experience in HubSpot being a significant advantage.

• Self-driven with a robust work ethic and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Strong eagerness to learn and advance in your career.

• Previous experience selling to service-oriented businesses or in field service management software is a plus.

• Understanding of the pool service industry or related home service sectors is a bonus.
