This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, approach, and evaluate prospective customers
• Assess and qualify incoming leads
• Direct qualified leads to the sales team
• Assist businesses in making data-informed decisions in line with the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
• Maintain an updated record of customer interactions within our CRM
• Track metrics and KPIs to enhance processes and achieve improved outcomes
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or similar fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
• Capability to keep an organized workspace and manage tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Focused on targets and results
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing
