This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline generation throughout New England via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and various other outbound methods - with cold calling being the primary pipeline driver for this team (however, you are encouraged to demonstrate alternative approaches if desired).

• Create and evaluate innovative outbound campaigns and market-development strategies to extend our reach beyond conventional prospecting.

• Foster relationships with potential customers, local partners, associations, and installers to enhance our market presence.

• Act as a representative for Runwise at industry events and local gatherings pertinent to the real estate and property management sectors.

• Become the internal authority on New England, including key accounts, buyer behaviors, local trends, and effective strategies.

• Ensure robust pipeline management and territory visibility within Salesforce and HubSpot.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in SaaS, technology, or another B2B setting.

• Demonstrated outbound prospecting capabilities and comfort in reaching out to individuals through various channels.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where processes are still being developed.

• Capacity to work autonomously, effectively manage your time, and take responsibility for outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with sound commercial judgement.

• A mindset characterized by curiosity, resilience, and a readiness to explore new ideas.

• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.

• A growth-oriented mindset and a genuinely proactive approach.
