• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to dental practices, confidently introducing CoTreat in a professional manner.

• Schedule qualified demo appointments for the sales team based on clearly defined criteria.

• Adhere to CoTreat outreach scripts while adapting messaging as necessary.

• Keep accurate records of call outcomes and follow-up actions.

• Cultivate warm leads from event email lists and previous inquiries.

• Quickly pinpoint decision-makers within each practice and secure meetings with them.

• Provide insights on common objections and market trends to help enhance scripts and targeting strategies.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call conversations and booked demos.

• Represent CoTreat in a friendly and supportive manner, fostering trust and credibility with dental professionals.

• Demonstrated experience in outbound calling or sales development.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and practice managers.

• Excellent communication skills with clear spoken English.

• Confident in directing conversations toward securing bookings.

• Ability to adhere to structured scripts and processes.

• Reliable internet connection and workspace for consistent remote calling.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving activity and booking targets.

• Experience interacting with healthcare professionals (Nice to have).

• Background in SaaS sales or a similar subscription-based product (Nice to have).
