This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Conduct research, send emails, and make calls to prospects and/or customers utilizing the SFDC database along with third-party tools like Zoominfo and Salesloft.
• Initiate communication for new business opportunities and value-added services.
• Meet daily call and email targets to support the achievement of pipeline and/or closed won deal quotas.
• Tailor value-driven outreach to identify prospect or customer challenges and offer suitable recommendations.
• Develop new pipelines by motivating prospects and/or customers to advance in the sales process.
• Collaborate and strategize directly with a closing Sales Consultant in a one-on-one partnership.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to assist the department/company's objectives.
• Engage in training programs aimed at equipping you for success in your sales career.
• Execute all duties with integrity and professionalism.
• Assess prospects according to the sales process and schedule meetings with the relevant Sales Consultants.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of experience demonstrating success in a previous BDR role (3 months if internal).
• A strong commitment to exercising sound judgment.
• A genuine interest and dedication to a career in sales.
• Possess a Hunter Mentality; a self-starter eager to learn and grow within the role.
