This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify potential clients using outbound calls, email outreach, and social selling techniques.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to create effective call and email campaigns that align with sales initiatives, including relevant talk tracks and email templates tailored to specific territories.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to assist the sales team in achieving their monthly and quarterly objectives.

• Partner with Account Executives to follow up with contacts from events, workshops, webinars, and roadshows.

• Act as a professional and friendly initial point of contact for prospective clients, focusing on understanding their needs, generating interest in our solutions, and linking leads to the right sales representatives for subsequent actions.

• Schedule and coordinate introductory discovery calls for Account Managers, ensuring a seamless transition after validating a lead and laying the groundwork for the sales process to advance.

• Represent the company at sponsorship events or local activities such as golf tournaments, charitable events, or luncheons to enhance prospecting and lead acquisition.

• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication, ensuring that all lead notes, outreach efforts, and follow-up information are accurately documented in Salesforce.

• Demonstrate resilience and tenacity, staying confident and engaged in the face of rejection, competitive challenges, or difficult outreach endeavors.

• Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, showcasing strong initiative, discipline, and ambition while working in a remote setting.

• Show exceptional time-management and organizational skills, effectively balancing outreach, events, and follow-up responsibilities to facilitate the timely advancement of potential sales.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a SaaS Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing demeanor, with a strong interest in meeting new individuals and sharing our story.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.

• Flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks with minimal in-person supervision.

• Willingness to travel, with access to a personal vehicle required.

• Alignment with our values and ability to work in accordance with them.

• A collaborative individual with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, including effective communication with stakeholders across all business levels.
