• Establish temporary and emergency service contracts for new business opportunities.
• Oversee, qualify, and finalize inbound sales leads generated from website submissions.
• Lead and implement outbound lead generation initiatives, which include research, outreach, cold calling, qualification, and proposal crafting.
• Perform follow-up and analysis on lost opportunities to enhance future results.
• Work in collaboration with national sales, marketing, sales support, and strategic account teams to maintain a consistent go-to-market approach.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing sales leads originating from website submissions.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks while addressing time-sensitive inbound inquiries.
• Proven track record in building and executing outbound lead generation campaigns utilizing tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience in assisting prospects and customers with urgent or emergency business requirements.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze closed opportunities (both won and lost) and formulate strategic follow-up and campaign strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High degree of organization and professionalism.
• Experience in the security sector or a related service industry is advantageous.
