• Assist the Director of Business Development in entering, monitoring, and reporting on sales leads using the Sales CRM tool.
• Act as a resource for the external Sales teams during the dealer acquisition phase.
• Aid in the creation of sales presentation materials and the organization of campaigns.
• Conduct research on dealerships and competitors.
• Verify the availability of sales targets to prevent overlapping efforts and conflicts.
• Maintain an information database on competitor programs and insurance platforms.
• Help facilitate both virtual and in-person sales meetings.
• Offer sales support to Global Administrators regarding pricing and marketing questions from agents.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business.
• Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy.
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Well-developed time management skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple demands.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
