This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and seek out new ISV partners, SaaS platforms, fintech companies, and enterprise merchants throughout the United States.
• Conduct high-volume outbound activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to create qualified opportunities.
• Develop and sustain a steady pipeline of ISV and enterprise merchant opportunities.
• Interact with senior-level decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Presidents, and Heads of Product/Payments.
• Assess prospects and arrange meetings for senior sales leadership.
• Keep precise and methodical tracking of activities in CRM (HubSpot) and calling platform (Aircall).
• Record all conversations, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Adhere to structured outreach strategies and established sales processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance messaging, targeting, and vertical focus.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to aid in pipeline development and conversion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound prospecting.
• Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, ISV, or merchant services is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or surpass activity and pipeline generation targets.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prolonged sitting.
