This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Identify and create new business opportunities in the Benelux region through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and targeted prospecting.
• Oversee the entire sales process: qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Conduct high-quality virtual demonstrations and presentations using Teams.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
• Ensure precise management of the sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and adherence to CRM protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Partner teams to enhance lead generation and opportunity development.
• Represent the company with professionalism in all customer engagements.
• 3–7+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or full-cycle B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in generating meetings and closing sales.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable managing virtual sales cycles from start to finish.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by targets.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Confident in presenting and selling in a virtual environment.
• Well-organized, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple opportunities concurrently.
