• Identify and engage with manufacturing prospects throughout Mexico and LATAM, including automotive suppliers, electronics manufacturers, and industrial OEMs with high-volume production (50k+ units/month). Utilize phone, email, LinkedIn, and innovative outbound strategies.
• Map out decision-makers. For each target, locate the Quality/Engineering owner (Quality Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Operations Lead) on LinkedIn, and develop tailored outreach based on the inspection challenges we've addressed for similar companies.
• Lead with curiosity. Discover the underlying obstacles: Is it cost? Downtime? False positives in existing systems? Be specific. Understand *why* inspection presents difficulties for them.
• Qualify rigorously. Ask insightful questions. Critically evaluate whether an opportunity is viable. Your performance will be gauged on *quality of qualification*, not just activity. Unproductive meetings can hinder the team, while effective ones have a compounding benefit.
• Collaborate with Vision Sales Engineers. Once you've pinpointed a legitimate use case, provide them with clean, actionable insights. Stay engaged to learn what strategies were successful and what were not.
• Maintain HubSpot accurately. Ensure consistent data entry, clear activity logs, and detailed notes. Your future self will appreciate it.
• Continuously improve. Experiment with messaging. Monitor what resonates. Share insights with the team, as we aim to iterate quickly.
• Previous outbound sales experience (BDR, SDR, inside sales, or a similar role)
• Excellent phone skills and a strong sense of outbound instincts
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and quickly finding solutions
• High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn technical concepts
• Ability to ask insightful questions and assess opportunity fit critically
• Organized, dependable, and accountable—you follow through on commitments
• Residing in Mexico with professional English proficiency (you'll be communicating with US-based customers)
