This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work in conjunction with the Partnerships, Marketing, and Practice Group teams to implement strategies for managing and converting inbound referral and partnership leads.
• Consistently meet individual monthly and/or quarterly goals, which include pipeline development, conversion rates, scheduled appointments, and follow-up calls assigned to the Partnerships team.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Partnerships and other key stakeholders on the reporting and analysis of partnership performance.
• Ensure that CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are utilized to process and track partnership opportunities effectively.
• Create qualified meetings and develop a robust partnership pipeline within strategically targeted accounts.
• Oversee target account lists and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy for new referral partnerships.
• Maintain a high volume of daily activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential partners.
• Utilize advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, AdvizorPro, and other platforms to identify new partnership opportunities and foster trust with potential referral sources.
• Stay informed about the legal services sector, estate planning trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the referral and partnership development process, along with Hargrove Firm's services and value propositions.
• Prioritize the needs of clients and partners, ensuring a positive experience throughout the relationship-building process.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, although equivalent experience will be taken into account.
• Over 3 years of experience as a business development, sales development, or partnerships representative, preferably in legal services, financial services, or a related SaaS setting.
• Strong familiarity with Hubspot, LinkedIn, and AdvizorPro.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
• Experience in both inbound and outbound channels.
• Skilled in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling techniques.
• A strong passion for teamwork and assisting others in achieving success.
