Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify potential opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound initiatives.

• Comprehend customer needs and specifications.

• Direct qualified opportunities to the relevant sales executives for further development and closure.

• Take ownership of the value proposition and work collaboratively with Google and partners on sales opportunities.

• Equip Google and partners with value propositions and sales tools to identify, qualify, and secure opportunities while maximizing profits.

• Work alongside marketing and business development teams to enhance product visibility and demand.

• Provide joint product and program expertise while engaging key individuals and teams for general and escalation inquiries.

• Assist account teams in understanding what is effective, recognizing feature gaps, and guiding them towards alternative strategies and possible solutions.

• Empower account teams to upsell Enterprise solutions during initial discussions with customers.

• Keep updated on the positioning against competing products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative in a similar field.

• Background in sales, communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management.

• Capability to present technical information to both small and large virtual audiences.

• Familiarity with virtual applications and desktop solutions.

• Understanding of software upgrade licenses and software management consoles.
