• Conduct research on target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers to facilitate strategic multi-channel outbound campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Implement outbound prospecting campaigns designed to generate qualified meetings and contribute to pipeline development.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities via proactive outreach and discovery conversations, revealing customer challenges, business initiatives, timelines, and alignment with solutions.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on account-based strategies, vertical-specific campaigns, and targeted outbound initiatives across sectors such as 3PL, retail/e-commerce, and industrial automation.
• Establish and cultivate early-stage relationships with potential customers, ensuring consistent engagement to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Assist at industry events and trade shows by identifying target attendees, pre-booking meetings, managing lead capture activities, and executing timely, high-quality follow-up outreach.
• Keep precise CRM records, encompassing prospect activity, call notes, stakeholder mapping, and next steps, while achieving pipeline generation, activity, and conversion KPIs.
• Create succinct account and opportunity summaries that emphasize prospect objectives, organizational structure, business drivers, and key triggers to facilitate successful handoff and deal progression.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or an SDR/BDR role, demonstrating proven success in outbound prospecting and meeting generation.
• Expertise with prospecting and sales enablement tools, including Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
• Resilient, confident, curious, and proactive communicator who listens actively, learns rapidly, and is comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the EMEA region for trade shows and field events.
• Native or fluent German language skills and excellent English communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences effectively.
