This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Identify and investigate potential clients in the hospitality and events industries.
• Develop and sustain targeted prospect lists utilizing available tools and resources.
• Execute outbound cold calls and email outreach initiatives.
• Design and oversee multi-touch follow-up sequences.
• Directly engage with event planners, hotel decision-makers, venue managers, and business owners.

• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a related outbound sales position.
• Proficient in cold calling and email outreach.
• Experience in compiling prospect lists and performing market research.
• Capability to identify and engage decision-makers.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
