This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct research and create targeted prospect lists of international organizations.
• Actively seek out and connect with potential partners using a multi-channel cold outreach approach (LinkedIn, Email, Phone, Events).
• Advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline, transforming them into partnerships and facilitating their onboarding onto our technology platform.
• Lead and carry out discovery calls and presentations with a diverse range of organizations spanning various industries and locations.
• Turn prospects into partners and oversee the onboarding process.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to devise innovative communication and social selling strategies that enhance thought leadership and engagement.
• Research, compile, and maintain data lists of potential clients.
• Continuously enhance processes through automation and technology.
• Offer support and expertise to new partners regarding internship design, training, and structure.
• Cultivate enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a remote-first environment, showcasing self-motivation, discipline, and effective time management.
• Over 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and key account management, with a proven record in client acquisition and relationship building.
• Experience in entrepreneurial or start-up environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in data and sales software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience managing clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Target-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a growth-oriented perspective.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a bonus).
• Willingness to travel within the UK for client meetings, conferences, events, and training (approximately once a quarter).
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for travel, education, and cultural exchange.
