This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to generate pipeline growth and forge strategic relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients.

• This BDR position necessitates a consultative mindset, robust technical knowledge, and the capability to position Infotek as a reliable technology advisor.

• You will collaborate closely with our sales partners, including the Replicon sales team, to identify new opportunities.

• Lead outbound prospecting initiatives through multi-channel campaigns, encompassing cold calls, email sequences, and social selling tactics.

• Consistently create a qualified pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and pursue high-value prospects within targeted accounts.

• Employ innovative prospecting methods to penetrate new accounts and sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.

• Effectively communicate Infotek's value proposition, customizing messages to address prospect challenges and business goals.

• Navigate intricate organizational structures to connect with the appropriate stakeholders.

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor by gaining a comprehensive understanding of customers' business issues over time.

• Conduct exploratory conversations to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Work closely with the Replicon sales team to pinpoint target industries and accounts.

• Maintain precise and current records of all sales activities within Infotek's CRM (Zoho).

• Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure adequate coverage to meet and exceed sales objectives.

• Act as a backup for team members during their absence to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and follow-ups on sales opportunities.

• Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to your direct supervisor.

• Collaborate with marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and enhance lead quality.

• Serve as a mentor and role model for other BDRs as our team expands.

• Share best practices and successful strategies with the wider sales organization.

• Contribute to the enhancement of sales processes, playbooks, and messaging.

• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to guide product and go-to-market strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or a related B2B sales role.

• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and quota goals.

• Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizations and establishing relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to comprehend customer business challenges.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience in technology/SaaS sales, especially in accounting, time tracking, project management, or workforce management solutions.

• Knowledge of the Deltek ecosystem and partner selling frameworks.

• Experience in a channel or partner-driven sales environment.

• Background in B2B sales to professional services firms, government contractors, or project-based businesses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
