This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard publishers to the SmartyAds MCM account.
• Prioritize the acquisition of in-app and CTV publishers as key inventory targets.
• Assist publishers with the setup of Google Ad Manager delegated accounts.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with publishers.
• Create and implement outbound strategies aimed at expanding the publisher base.
• Track publisher performance after onboarding and proactively seek opportunities for inventory enhancement.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to address integration challenges.
• Stay updated on Google MCM policy changes and trends in the programmatic market.
• Provide reports on pipeline progress and onboarding metrics.
• Over 3 years of experience in business development, publisher acquisition, or partnerships within the AdTech sector.
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Google MCM (Multiple Customer Management).
• Strong proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Demonstrated success in independently acquiring and cultivating relationships with mid-to-large publishers.
• Comprehensive understanding of programmatic monetization, including CPM dynamics, floor pricing, deals, and SSP/AdX relationships.
• Established network of digital publishers across web, app, or CTV platforms.
• Knowledge of Google AdX eligibility criteria and publisher policy enforcement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of managing a pipeline independently and achieving acquisition targets with minimal oversight.
