This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for developing and sustaining the sales pipeline
• Gaining new clients through networks, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads
• Nurturing and advancing relationships with existing customers
• Presenting customer and product demonstrations (both remotely and on-site)
• Overseeing the sales process until the contract is signed
• Close collaboration with corporate management and project teams
• Proven experience in IT solutions sales and project-oriented B2B sales
• Technical knowledge, familiarity with SAP, and understanding of sales processes
• People-centric approach, exceptional communication skills, and strategic thinking capability
• Proactive mentality and the ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal
• Openness to travel: approximately several days to the Potsdam office every 6 weeks
• Flexible working hours and the option for remote work (up to 90% remote/home office possible)
