This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Generate a high-quality pipeline through targeted, personalized outreach to stakeholders at multiple levels within prioritized prospect and customer accounts.

• Consistently surpass monthly qualified appointment targets, forecasted deal objectives, and annual revenue contributions.

• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize accounts, refine messaging, and enhance outbound performance.

• Collaborate directly with Major Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers to qualify, nurture, and advance opportunities—improving conversion rates and speeding up sales cycles.

• Engage in weekly account planning sessions to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and outbound sequencing.

• Become a subject-matter expert on HireRight’s solutions, value propositions, and competitive differentiators to foster compelling, consultative discussions.

• Keep high-quality, accurate CRM documentation in Salesforce to aid in forecasting, reporting, and territory planning.

• Employ sales enablement tools to perform multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) with consistency and precision.

• Identify process inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and contribute to scalable demand-generation initiatives.

• Participate in quarterly regional sales meetings to share insights, assess performance, and align on business priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Mid-Market field sales is preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills, executive presence, and the capability to influence at various organizational levels.

• Proven success in exceeding targets within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and contemporary sales enablement platforms.

• A competitive mindset, positive attitude, and an unwavering drive to succeed.
