This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Register the organization as an authorized supplier with both public and private sector entities throughout the UK.
• Oversee supplier registrations and vendor onboarding via UK procurement portals, including SAP Ariba, Oracle, Achilles, Jaggaer, Proactis, and other pertinent procurement systems.
• Prepare and submit Supplier Questionnaires (SQ), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Expressions of Interest (EOI), along with supplier onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with UK procurement and supply chain teams to ensure successful supplier approval.
• Discover new business opportunities through procurement portals, market research, networking, and direct client engagement.
• Generate qualified business leads and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Monitor UK tender portals for upcoming telecommunications opportunities and assist with tender submissions.
• Develop capability statements, commercial proposals, bid responses, and client presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, contractors, infrastructure firms, and enterprise clients across the UK.
• Keep precise records of supplier registrations, business opportunities, and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather compliance documents, certifications, insurance, and technical information necessary for vendor onboarding.
• Meet assigned business development and supplier registration objectives.
• Stay informed on UK telecom market trends, procurement practices, and competitor activities.
• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related domain (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 5–6 years of experience in Business Development, Vendor Registration, Procurement, or B2B Sales within the Telecommunications sector.
• Experience working with international clients, ideally in the UK market.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK procurement processes and supplier registration protocols.
• Practical experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, Achilles, Jaggaer, Proactis, Constructionline (preferred), and Crown Commercial Service (CCS) (preferred).
• Experience in preparing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, PQQs, SQs, and tender submissions.
• Exceptional command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines and performance targets.
