This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Respond to incoming inquiries swiftly to enhance interest and conversion possibilities
• Assess marketing leads by gaining insight into their challenges, priorities, and readiness
• Conduct research on target accounts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Execute pre-event outreach to encourage prospects to attend sessions, visit booths, or schedule meetings with experts
• Keep precise records of all interactions in CRM and engagement platforms
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience as a BDR or in sales is preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of CRM systems and prospecting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
