This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Perform brief needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep track of and document all activities within the CRM system.
• Oversee and enhance follow-up sequences for leads.
• Engage in weekly pipeline and target review meetings.
• Excellent communication abilities, along with motivation, curiosity, and determination.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities.
• Organized work style with a capacity for quick learning.
• Eagerness for personal growth, openness to feedback, and commitment to professional development.
• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum C1 level, both spoken and written.
• Some prior experience in pre-sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
