• Execute strategic outbound initiatives targeting higher education institutions through email, phone, and social media channels.
• Customize outreach efforts utilizing industry knowledge aimed at stakeholders in Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Services, IT, and other vital departments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to coordinate territory strategies, prioritize accounts, and continuously enhance outreach methods.
• Keep precise CRM records and provide regular updates on outreach activities, conversion rates, and sources of leads.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads and arrange discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales development, BDR, or a comparable outbound-focused role (experience in SaaS or higher education is preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a consultative approach to outreach.
• A strong sense of curiosity, willingness to learn, and resilience.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong Engage, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
