• Create new business opportunities to enhance pipeline growth.
• Engage in outbound prospecting targeting Mid to Enterprise companies through cold calls, emails, and various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Enterprise Account Executives to devise call strategies and messaging aimed at generating new business opportunities.
• Investigate and establish new accounts by identifying and qualifying contacts, sending consistent emails, scheduling appointments, and fostering initial interest.
• Conduct high-level discussions with Senior Executives in Target Accounts.
• Meet or surpass monthly goals for Qualified Opportunities/Sales meetings.
• Manage, monitor, and report all sales activities and outcomes utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Discover prospects’ business challenges and pinpoint pertinent new business opportunities.
• Acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of Fusion products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Effectively manage and address objections from prospects.
• Provide feedback to ensure ongoing process enhancement.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with the high-tech telecommunications industry and/or a quick learning ability.
• Exceptional writing skills and highly articulate communication.
• Skills in cold calling and active listening; capability to navigate complex organizations to identify key contacts.
• Proficient in using Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and related platforms.
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
• Experience in call structure and control.
• A deep understanding of the Sales process along with creativity in generating new contacts and opportunities.
