This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while creating outreach strategies to establish relationships with senior-level executives at prospective clients.

• Enhance and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges our clients encounter, while strategizing and pinpointing solutions that FloQast can offer to address those issues.

• Leverage all available resources to formulate strong and effective prospecting lists, including online sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads.

• Design effective outbound communication strategies for sales prospecting, encompassing phone outreach, email, social media, etc.

• Achieve or surpass daily and weekly activity targets, which include engaging conversations with key influencers and decision-makers through outbound communication efforts, scheduling and conducting introductory qualifying calls, as well as converting qualified prospects into scheduled demos for Account Executives.

• Monitor progress and document activities using Salesforce automation systems.

• Collaborate effectively across functions with stakeholders, including Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role or previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a keen interest in launching a career in sales.

• Proven ability and enthusiasm for learning new concepts.

• Willingness to be coached.

• Dedication to self-improvement and achieving success.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

• Capability to stay organized and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Persistent and committed to surpassing targets.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Competitive, ambitious, and driven, with a self-motivated attitude.

• Interest in initiating a sales career or prior demonstrated sales experience in similar roles.
