This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Qualifying OUTBOUND leads in the DACH Region generated from marketing efforts and transforming them into opportunities.
• Achieving the quota for qualified sales opportunities for Five9's field sales team.
• Proactively and directly manage all leads with the appropriate disposition.
• Assess prospects based on established criteria such as suitability, budget, authority, need, and timing while gathering essential sales information.
• Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients by anticipating their needs and comprehending the distinctive client environment.
• Clearly articulate Five9's value propositions via phone and email.
• Consistently log activities and information in Salesforce.com.
• Proactively provide targeted feedback on all business aspects, including sales tools, prospect information, and marketing campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, channel, and marketing teams to continuously enhance processes and best practices for demand generation.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal formats in German (at a native level) and English are essential.
• Professional experience in a lead generation setting.
• Strong cold calling abilities.
• Familiarity with standard office software and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated success in meeting company quotas and targets.
• Capability to manage objections and educate prospects in a consultative approach.
• Proven curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• A solid team orientation with the ability to accept and contribute new ideas.
• Outstanding time management skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in selling enterprise products/services, particularly SaaS or other technologies, is a plus.
