• Engage with and convert marketing leads into qualified sales meetings.
• Reach out to designated customer lists to create new sales pipeline opportunities.
• Develop a compelling ‘Why Everbridge, Why Now’ message for each prospect interaction and collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new leads/opportunities as well as all incoming inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to determine ongoing objectives and requirements; work on structuring regional strategies to seize opportunities.
• Manage the CRM database in accordance with Account Executive/Account Manager sales strategies to qualify prospects and facilitate a smooth handoff.
• Enhance and broaden both the account and contact base; this will involve networking as well as researching states and organizations to generate additional leads for potential clients.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a co-op, internship, or similar role.
• Must possess motivation, a methodical approach, optimism, and a competitive spirit.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
