This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Outbound Prospecting
• Conduct research to identify target companies within the technology, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, and software sectors.
• Create prospect lists utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and various sales intelligence tools.
• Implement multi-channel outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, phone, and other prospecting methodologies.
• Craft personalized outreach strategies tailored to the business and hiring requirements of each prospect.
• Pipeline Development
• Assess potential clients based on their hiring needs, urgency, budget, and overall compatibility.
• Arrange qualified discovery meetings for company leadership.
• Ensure a robust pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up efforts.
• Monitor outreach activities and continuously enhance conversion rates.
• CRM & Sales Operations
• Keep precise CRM records, documenting contacts, activities, notes, and forthcoming steps.
• Organize and maintain sales pipelines in an up-to-date manner.
• Track outreach metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to synchronize client demands with available talent.
• Continuous Improvement
• Assist in refining messaging, outbound sequences, and sales methodologies.
• Detect market trends and explore new business opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, personalization, productivity, and outbound effectiveness.
• Represent the organization professionally in all client engagements.
• At least 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, Recruiting Sales, Staffing, SaaS Sales, or a comparable outbound sales position.
• Demonstrated success in scheduling meetings with founders, executives, department heads, or hiring managers.
• Strong consultative selling and prospecting abilities.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency is required.
• Solid organizational skills and discipline in CRM usage.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and professionally managing objections.
• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.
