This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Assist prospective students in identifying the most suitable educational path for their career aspirations.
• Secure high-ticket program enrollments through consultative selling techniques.
• Keep accurate records in our CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to enhance our programs and sales processes.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to build relationships and handle objections effectively.
• Comfortable utilizing modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• A Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory for outstanding candidates.
