• Collaborate with sales leadership to execute and enhance our sales outreach strategy.

• Manage incoming prospects and generate new leads through outbound calls/emails to targeted accounts.

• Conduct discovery calls with prospects to assess their interest in Distru.

• Attend industry events to increase our brand visibility and pipeline.

• Become proficient with the tools we utilize in-house (e.g., Hubspot) and implement new tools as necessary.

• Ensure accurate data maintenance in Hubspot.

• Experiment with various outreach methods (email subject lines, value propositions, etc.) to determine the most effective strategies for success.

• Motivate potential customers to adopt Distru.

• Establish and achieve clear daily and monthly goals in collaboration with the team.

• Successfully reach and surpass quota after a 3-month ramp-up period.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a quota-carrying sales representative, preferably in inside sales, though not mandatory. A strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales is essential.

• Proven track record as a top performer in previous sales roles.

• Comfortable speaking on the phone, possessing strong email writing skills, and able to handle objections effectively.

• A good sense of humor and a desire to enjoy your work.

• Prior experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.

• Ability to fully comprehend and understand the supply chain.

• Experience in the cannabis industry and/or supply chain is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
