This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take full responsibility for the top of the sales funnel, managing it end to end.
• Execute outbound campaigns utilizing email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Identify and focus on high-value clinics, including med spas, aesthetics, wellness, and weight loss centers.
• Develop engaging messaging that prompts responses from potential clients.
• Assess leads based on significant revenue challenges.
• Schedule discovery meetings and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
• Keep a tidy and precise CRM system.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales.
• 1–2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or comparable sales positions.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing meeting targets.
• Strong proficiency in outbound strategies across various channels.
• Excellent and direct communication skills.
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience in selling within healthcare or medspa settings.
