Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients via phone calls, converting inquiries into paying customers while identifying their needs to suggest appropriate service solutions.

• Utilize freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork to uncover potential leads and engage with clients.

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns swiftly, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey.

• Manage and coordinate the entire order process to meet client expectations effectively.

• Foster and maintain robust client relationships by gathering feedback, ensuring satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve retention rates.

• Exhibit outstanding sales skills by consistently exceeding sales targets and adapting to evolving client requirements.

• Employ effective negotiation techniques and sound judgment to navigate complex business scenarios.

• Perform timely follow-ups with prospects after calls or meetings, addressing their concerns, nurturing relationships, and guiding them toward successful conversions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of demonstrated B2B sales experience with a successful record in managing international clients.

• Proficient in using freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.

• Strong negotiation capabilities with a sharp aptitude for making informed, strategic decisions.

• Experience in client relationship management, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

• Previous lead generation experience is preferred.

• Highly driven, self-motivated individual with a pragmatic approach and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
