This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prospect Outreach: Leverage email, phone, and social media platforms to connect with potential customers and foster relationships.
• Lead Qualification: Investigate and assess leads against established criteria to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile.
• Pipeline Development: Actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve or surpass activity and meeting objectives.
• Scheduling Meetings: Arrange discovery calls and demonstrations with Account Executives, guaranteeing a smooth transition and alignment.
• CRM Management: Keep precise and current records of interactions and lead information in the CRM system.
• Market Insights: Remain updated on SaaS industry trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities and refine messaging.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to synchronize outreach strategies and enhance lead generation initiatives.
• Over 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for quickly engaging and building rapport.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation platforms, and similar technologies.
• A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing KPIs such as call volume, email outreach, or scheduled meetings.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and adjusting to evolving priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with a readiness to provide feedback and contribute to collective success.
