Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Identify new business prospects for the CELUS Design Platform.

• Develop potential leads, converting them into sales opportunities and ultimately leading them to successful sales outcomes.

• Formulate strategies and tactics to create sales opportunities, thereby enhancing the company’s sales pipeline.

• Create and manage the sales pipeline at targeted accounts, concentrating on high-potential prospects.

• Strategically convert leads into sales meetings and drive these meetings to achieve successful sales outcomes.

• Define and implement workflows and best practices to ensure an optimal conversion rate from leads to orders.

• Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events globally, as well as support direct customer meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in business development and sales within the technology or electronics sector.

• Preferred knowledge of the semiconductor, component manufacturing, and electronic distribution industries.

• Understanding of the electronics design ecosystem with prior experience in an EDA (Electronic Design Automation) environment.

• Previous experience in generating sales leads, creating sales opportunities, and converting them into sales achievements.

• Proficient in developing strategies to enhance pipeline growth and improve conversion rates.

• Experienced in conducting customer meetings and driving business growth through face-to-face interactions and relationship building.

• An independent self-starter focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets and growth objectives.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
