This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities and referral partnerships.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships within the community.
• Advocate for company services through networking, outreach, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in community engagement and business development activities.
• Organize marketing campaigns, events, and social media efforts.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, families, and referral partners.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Efficiently manage schedules, projects, follow-up communications, and client interactions.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, empathy, and positivity.
• Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field — OR — Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve problems, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred experience in marketing, community outreach, outside sales, or business development.
• Proven experience in building referral relationships and community partnerships.
