This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to create new business opportunities.

• Implement cold-calling campaigns aimed at key decision-makers within targeted industries and market segments.

• Engage with and follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing efforts to evaluate interest and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.

• Develop, manage, and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.

• Assess leads by understanding their business needs, identifying challenges, and determining alignment with the company's services.

• Arrange and coordinate qualified discovery meetings directly on the founder's calendar.

• Keep accurate and current records of all interactions, activities, and opportunities with prospects within the CRM system.

• Create and implement consistent follow-up strategies to nurture prospects who are not yet ready to engage.

• Research target companies, industries, and key stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts.

• Achieve or surpass monthly goals for activity, meeting bookings, and pipeline generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales.

• Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling abilities.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Preferred: Experience in selling marketing services, agency solutions, SaaS, professional services, or other B2B offerings.

• Background in digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar systems.

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques.

• Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation services.
