This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage decision-makers in public safety and child advocacy through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
• Qualify incoming leads and arrange discovery calls or demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Conduct research on target accounts, agencies, and buying committees to facilitate highly relevant outreach efforts.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for scheduled meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contributions.
• Keep accurate and current records in HubSpot regarding all prospects, activities, and stages of the pipeline.
• Develop and enhance workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and custom properties within HubSpot.
• Proactively detect and address gaps in data quality, routing, and pipeline visibility.
• Create dashboards and reports that offer insights into conversion performance and sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions of high-quality opportunities.
• Provide insights on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging back to the go-to-market strategy based on trends in prospect engagement and conversion.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of the product, market, and customer, while progressing toward broader sales responsibilities over time.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or roles involving customer interactions.
• A keen interest in public safety, government technology, child advocacy, or vertical SaaS sectors.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, outbound sales, or B2B SaaS environments.
