Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create new demand for the sales team to pursue.

• Take ownership of the lead triage and conversion process for all new MQLs generated by Marketing.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through follow-up on inbound leads.

• Monitor and manage prospecting, qualification, and nurturing activities within the company’s sales force automation (SFA) system.

• Arrange and conduct initial qualification calls, ensuring smooth transitions to Account Executives.

• Assess leads against established criteria (e.g., MEDDPIC) prior to passing them to the Sales Organization for opportunity creation.

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance messaging, campaigns, and lead transitions.

• Review and cleanse marketing and sales data for duplicates, incomplete entries, and inconsistencies.

• Improve contact and company records to support marketing campaigns and BDR prospecting using data enrichment tools and/or manual research.

• Uphold data hygiene standards in the CRM.

• Evaluate Outreach Sequence Effectiveness by analyzing performance metrics across various sequences and identifying trends.

• Suggest enhancements in lead management workflows and data practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of PLM is advantageous.

• Familiarity with sales lead management systems and salesforce automation tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Active listening skills to assess prospects’ needs and opportunities.

• Strong project management and time management abilities.

• Must be a collaborative team player with the capacity to work independently.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
