This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to identify and generate new leads through outbound cold and warm calls, emails, and social media strategies.
• Engage with prospects daily via telephone, video calls, and email communication.
• Keep precise and current records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Inform potential clients about the advantages and value of our products and services.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (EDT).
• 1-2 years of prior experience in sales or business development, including cold calling and developing email campaigns, as well as other outbound sales techniques.
• A strong grasp of sales processes and strategies is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities at once.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.
• Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
