This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Engage in prospecting efforts within targeted enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000) utilizing a structured, account-based methodology.
• Implement multi-channel outreach initiatives through platforms such as Outreach, LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Identify and assess opportunities that align with established Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and key business challenges.
• Arrange and secure discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Perform research on accounts and stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging effectively.
• Ensure accurate tracking of activities and pipeline data within Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to enhance messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and refine outreach methods to boost conversion rates.
• Generate qualified meetings and foster pipeline development within target enterprise accounts.
• Establish connections with new enterprise organizations.
• Initiate discussions and generate interest in: Workforce AI strategy and its implementation.
• HR and Extended Workforce operational frameworks.
• Optimization of talent and workforce technologies.
• Initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and workforce agility.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales development, recruitment, or a customer-facing position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity and interest in business, workforce strategy, and technology trends.
• Self-motivated individual with exceptional discipline, organizational, and activity management skills.
• Resilience and comfort in working within a high-rejection environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
