• Keep an organized CRM and oversee procurement portals.
• Provide market intelligence and field insights during weekly pipeline reviews.
• Regularly meet weekly activity goals while prioritizing a relationship-first approach.
• In-depth understanding of the Higher Education ecosystem.
• Proven experience in B2B sales development managing top-of-funnel activities for long (6+ month) sales cycles.
• The resilience and professionalism necessary to maintain high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Preferably, direct experience in selling to higher education.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Authentic expertise in Higher Education.
• Proficiency with AI-driven research tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Practical experience managing complex pipelines using Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Comfort in leading structured discovery discussions.
• Strong analytical abilities to create and manage a Target Account List.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A natural collaborator capable of working seamlessly across teams.
• Demonstrated patience and persistence to pursue long-term goals.
